
Greenspoint Property Owners Association is a professionally managed 172 acre deed restricted property owners association containing residential and commercial properties located in the Greater Greenspoint area, "The Central Business District of North Houston". Greenspoint is bounded by Interstate 45, the Hardy Toll Road and the Sam Houston Parkway - 13 miles from downtown Houston and 9 miles from Houston Intercontinental Airport .
Greenspoint Property Owners Association's deed restrictions promote effective land use by blending commercial, retail and residential development to lower costs by sharing common area maintenance expenses.
